Application Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Soft-Arc Systems LLC applications and identity services, including Primitive Tactics. By creating an account, signing in, linking credentials, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. You may link supported external providers such as Google, Steam, or Microsoft Entra ID. Do not use another person's account or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
• Upload, transmit, or use content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive.
• Use the service to harass others, cheat, exploit bugs, or compromise game integrity.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Soft-Arc Systems LLC.

Primitive Tactics access

Primitive Tactics features, builds, tests, and online services may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Access may depend on account status, linked credentials, accepted terms, verified contact information, and game-specific provisioning.

Build updates and communications

If you request build updates or account communications, we may use your registered contact email to send them. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Ownership

Soft-Arc Systems LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, game content, trademarks, artwork, and related materials. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, infringes rights, threatens service integrity, or is required to comply with law.

No warranties

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft-Arc Systems LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft-Arc Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or account compromise arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are posted or accepted means you agree to the updated terms.
