Soft-Arc Systems LLC operates this identity service for Soft-Arc applications, including Primitive Tactics. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to create, secure, and operate your account, including:

• Account identifiers, display name, linked sign-in providers, and credential records.
• Email address and email verification status when needed for account completion or build updates.
• Primitive Tactics profile details you provide, such as gamer tag.
• Terms acceptance records, including accepted version, acceptance time, and IP address.
• Authentication, security, diagnostics, and audit logs needed to operate and protect the service.

External sign-in providers

If you sign in or link an external provider such as Google, Steam, or Microsoft Entra ID, we receive the account identifier and profile information that provider returns to us, such as name or email address when available. We use that information to authenticate you, link credentials to your Soft-Arc account, and provision Primitive Tactics access when applicable.

Google user data

When you use Google sign-in, we request only the information needed for authentication and account setup, such as your Google account identifier, name, and email address. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or work with service providers operating on our behalf.

How we use information

We use account information to:

• Authenticate users and issue application tokens.
• Link and unlink external sign-in methods.
• Provision and maintain Primitive Tactics player access.
• Send account, verification, and build-update communications you request.
• Detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and secure the service.
• Comply with legal, operational, and contractual obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the service, with applications you sign into through this identity provider, when required by law, or when necessary to protect Soft-Arc, users, or the public.

Retention

We retain account, credential, contact, terms acceptance, and security records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may unlink external sign-in credentials from the account links page, subject to keeping at least one sign-in method on your account.

Your choices
